Trash Valet is a simple process. We arrange the amount of pickup days and your residents leave their trash outside of the door to be collected. We collect between the determined hours and your tenants are happy not having to make a trash run. Also, keep in mind, this is going to ensure that your dumpster area looks a lot better than it does right now!
Parking Lot Striping
We can come to your property and handle everything in your parking lot. Striping your parking spots, painting your tire stops, painting the curbs, ADA spots, and fire lane.
Flexibility to Adjust Your Date
When a unit is vacated, your turn around time is critical. We can get a trash out taken care of efficiently and get you back on the market.
Simple and Transparent Billing Process
Secure your on demand services by providing a 50% initial payment upfront. Final payment of the remaining 50% is required upon completion of on demand services.
Monthly Recurring Billing
We bill monthly for our recurring services like our Trash Valet program. We can also arrange maintenance plans for larger projects if needed.
